  • Commercial mortgages: longer-term finance for commercial and investment property.

  • Buy-to-let mortgages: investment buy-to-let finance for landlords and property investors, business use only.

  • Project finance: finance for business and investment projects, arranged for business purposes only.

BUSINESS FINANCE ONLY

We arrange unregulated, business-purpose finance. If the security is your home, or a property you or a close family member live in or plan to live in, that is regulated lending. We do not arrange it ourselves, but we can refer you to an FCA-authorised firm.

The business is led by Rafi Malik, who has worked in funding and finance since the early 1990s. We are a broker, not a lender. We are open about costs, risks and what is realistic, and you deal with the person arranging your finance.
